Lead Budtender

Position: Opening/Closing Lead

Are you a seasoned budtender ready to take the next step? Our Opening/Closing Lead is a trusted, knowledgeable team member who keeps our store running smoothly and compliantly. You’ll be the go-to evening leader when management is off the floor—guiding the team, ensuring standards are met, and maintaining an efficient, welcoming retail environment.

This role reports directly to the Store Manager and plays a key part in keeping our operations clean, compliant, and customer-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience rooted in cannabis knowledge and customer care
• Lead the opening or closing operations with accuracy, speed, and compliance
• Delegate checklist tasks and support the team throughout the shift
• Move product between the vault and sales floor while maintaining spot-on inventory accuracy
• Assist with cash handling, drawer counts, and cash drops
• Complete nightly Metrc reporting
• Ensure all cash and inventory are secure at all times
• Troubleshoot tech or software issues and escalate when needed
• Keep the shop spotless and set up the next team for success

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
