Lead Business Analyst - Payment Operations + Data Management

We're looking for a Lead Business Analyst to help Technical Product Owners align requirements with technical and organizational context throughout squads and tribes. This position acts as a critical bridge connecting Agile development squads, tribes, and wider technical groups like Run and Architecture, and demands solid industry domain knowledge along with awareness of emerging market and technology trends to advance payment operations and data management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert within the platform domain while grasping organizational needs
• Convert organizational needs into technical requirements and maintain alignment during the solution build
• Incorporate technical constraints like latency and throughput when defining technical requirements
• Define the problem space, clarify value drivers, and spot opportunities for innovation and user engagement
• Monitor shifting market trends, regulatory changes, and technology developments to evaluate their effect on product relevance
• Spot potential value opportunities, estimate value pools, and monitor value delivery
• Help develop investment proposals and evaluate the feasibility of proposed technical product solutions
• Work with Technical Product Owners and squads to communicate how technical solutions generate value
• Join workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders to shape hypotheses and secure buy-in
• Help build and prioritize the technical product backlog while maintaining requirement traceability
• Spot roadblocks and potential failure points and develop mitigation strategies
• Carry out business readiness assessments, go-live planning, and assist in developing training, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans

Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall IT experience, with strong grounding in Business Analysis, Agile delivery, and Product Ownership
• Skilled in BRD and FRD documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
• Deep expertise in Payment Operations, Data Management, and Vulnerability Management
• Familiarity with user journey mapping frameworks and analytical methods for defining requirements
• Awareness of organizational structures and technical capabilities spanning Agile squads and tribes
• Grasp of technical constraints such as latency and throughput and how they influence solution design
• Capability in business readiness planning, covering gap analysis, training, and operational handover
• Proficiency in tracking delivery performance against value metrics and OKRs
