Lead Caregiver

Role Overview:

As a Full Time Floating Caregiver at FirstLight Home Care, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support to our senior clients in their homes or facilities. This is an on-site position that allows you to connect directly with those you assist, making a meaningful impact on their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical personal care and companionship services to senior clients as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as mobility support, fall prevention, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Respond to last-minute call-outs, ensuring continuity of care during coverage shifts.
• Conduct client introductions and facilitate smooth transitions of care.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance hands-on care with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proficiency in English to ensure clear communication with clients and team members.
• Are flexible with your schedule and love meeting new people
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of caregivers to provide the best care possible.

Bonus If You:

• Have CPR and First Aid certification.
• Possess any relevant certifications or training in non-medical home care.
• Have prior supervisory or leadership experience in a caregiving setting.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full-Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position requires traveling to clients homes throughout Bucks & Montgomery Counties.
