Lead Carpenter

Lead Carpenter / Remodeling Crew Leader

Service Doctor Remodeling & Design – Merrillville, IN

At Service Doctor we've been in business since 1998, we’ve built a system that lets our Lead Techs actually lead. We provide the showroom, the office support, and the staged materials. You show up, lead your crew, and build remodeling projects. No "chasing parts," no 1099 tax surprises, and no seasonal layoffs.

What’s In It For You:

• Zero-Logistics Stress: Our office staff stages materials in advance. Your job is to build, not run errands.
• The Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM. (Weekends are yours, though Saturday OT is available if you want it).
• Benefits: Paid vacation and a professional, organized work environment.

This is a Project Lead role, not a "helper" position. We need a "Take-Charge" professional who can: Lead the job!
