Lead Carpenter
Our top field position. Lead Carpenters typically have 8+ years of experience and have mastered the wide range of challenges that remodeling can present. They are capable of running 3–5 projects simultaneously with a team, understand management responsibilities, are knowledgeable in building code, and consistently deliver exceptional quality. Lead Carpenters also play a key role in training team members below their title to help strengthen the overall crew.
