Duties

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure efficient workflow and quality workmanship
• Interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute framing, siding, drywall, roofing, and finish carpentry tasks
• Oversee metal building erection, metal stud framing, rebar installation, and concrete forming activities with precision and safety consciousness
• Coordinate with project management on scheduling, material procurement, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines
• Perform heavy lifting, dimensional measurements, trim carpentry, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work as required
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely while maintaining the integrity of the worksite
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and environmental regulations at all times
• Conduct quality inspections of completed work to meet specifications and client expectations
• Assist in troubleshooting on-site issues related to framing, drywall installation, or restoration projects
• Maintain detailed documentation of daily progress, materials used, and safety incidents

Pay: $30,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
