Duties

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, drywall installation, siding, and roofing tasks with precision
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of projects
• Conduct quality control inspections on work performed; make adjustments as needed for accuracy and durability

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site management with a strong background in carpentry and masonry
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements accurately using tape measures and other tools
• Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites; commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and interpreting technical instructions
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials regularly; capable of performing heavy lifting tasks throughout the day

Pay: $27.00 - $31.00 per hour
