Kitchen Tune-Up and Bath Tune-Up of Bloomfield are growing, and we’re hiring a Lead Carpenter / Field Foreman to lead our crews in the field and set the standard for craftsmanship, jobsite organization, and production pace.

This is a hands-on leadership role — not a desk job. You’ll be the senior person on site, responsible for execution quality, daily workflow, and keeping projects running smoothly while working alongside the team.

We already have a dedicated Project Manager handling scheduling, client coordination, and logistics. Your role is to own the build in the field and ensure every project is completed efficiently and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do Lead and support install crews on kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects

• Set daily priorities and maintain a productive, organized jobsite
• Perform skilled carpentry and installation work as needed
• Oversee cabinet installation, refacing, trim, and finish work
• Ensure projects stay on pace while maintaining high craftsmanship standards
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to prevent delays
• Communicate progress and field updates with the Project Manager
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Serve as the on-site leader and example for quality and professionalism

What We’re Looking For A seasoned remodeling professional who naturally takes ownership of the jobsite and leads by example.

• Extensive experience in residential remodeling, carpentry, & all areas of construction
• Proven ability to lead crews while staying hands-on
• Deep knowledge of kitchen and bathroom installation processes
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to read plans, problem-solve, and keep projects moving
• Professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes
• Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset

Requirements 10+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience required

• Significant experience leading crews or managing installs in the field
• Strong background in cabinet installation and finish carpentry preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and power equipment daily
• Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for project updates, photos, communication, and reviewing plans
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and work on active job sites

Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
