Lead Carpenter Technician

What You'll Earn and Receive:

You'll earn $28-$40 per hour based on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR LEAD CARPENTER TECHNICIAN

• Evaluate structures, identify issues, and recommend practical repair solutions that homeowners can understand and feel confident about
• Complete high-quality carpentry repairs and installations involving trim, siding, decking, windows, doors, skylights, roofing and other structural or finish elements
• Apply problem-solving skills in the field, adapt to challenging conditions, and deliver polished results even when structures aren't perfectly square, level, or plumb

WHEN YOU'LL BE WORKING

Typically 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility depending on the day's projects. Occasional Saturday work may be available but is never required.

THE EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Vast, hands-on carpentry experience - this is a carpentry-first role
• High finish carpentry skills: clean trim, precise joinery, detail work that holds up to close inspection
• Experience with decking, window, and door installation
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift 90 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in roofing (shingle/flat), siding, gutters
• Familiarity with fiberglass, copper work, welding, drywall, painting, soffit/fascia
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Comfortable using apps, email, and a digital calendar
