Lead Carpenter/Remodeler

$30–$45/hr | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter/Remodeler who wants more than just a paycheck. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build and grow a company and take pride in the work they do.

You should have:

• 5–10 years of remodeling/carpentry experience
• 30+ completed remodels or related projects
• Your own professional tools
• Ability to budget and estimate jobs
• Ability to read and implement blueprints and plans
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, polite, and respectful attitude
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Reliable transportation/work vehicle
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

We want someone who treats every client's home like their own, keeps the jobsite clean, communicates well, and takes ownership of their work.

We're also looking for someone who wants to grow with the company. When things slow down, we expect our team to adapt, learn new skills, and help find new opportunities rather than simply waiting for work to pick back up.

What we offer:

• $30–$45/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• 6-month trial period with negotiated starting pay
• After 6 months: 1 week paid sick time + 2 weeks paid vacation accrued
