We're looking for a dependable, hardworking carpenter/crew leader with experience and knowledge on a wide range of construction jobs.

What You'll Do

Every day is different, but responsibilities may include:

• Kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels
• Framing and Finish Work
• Loading, unloading, and organizing materials
• Installing trim, baseboards, casing, and finish carpentry
• Painting, drywall repairs, sanding, and caulking
• Flooring installation assistance
• Protecting clients' homes and belongings
• Operating power and hand tools safely
• Picking up materials when needed
• Working alongside ownership and management on providing excellent craftsmanship and delivering a high quality finished product.

The ideal candidate is:

• Dependable and shows up on time

• Experience working independently and safely on a job site
• Has experience with trim and finish work
• Positive attitude and team player
• Respectful when working inside clients' homes
• Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Mechanically inclined
• Takes pride in quality workmanship
• Has reliable transportation
• Has minimum tools

Experience

Experience is required. Basic skillset and experience is a must.

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Crew Supervision
• Materials Management
• Drywall
• Trim carpentry
• Flooring
• Cabinet installation
• Framing
• General construction
