Lead Carpet Cleaning Technician

Position Requirements/Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Prior carpet/floor cleaning experience
• Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
• Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Work with/around cleaning agents
• Lift a minimum of 25 pounds regularly
• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
• Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Work alone or with others in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and trainable

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean exterior and interior structure of a home, business, or other facility
• Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
• Set up staging area and equipment for each project
• Communicate well with management and other technicians
• Perform production processes and other duties as directed
• Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
• Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
• Maintain a neat and orderly professional appearance
• Provide excellent customer service and results
• Inventory, restocking, & equipment maintenance
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Track all equipment and supplies

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
