About the Role:

An opportunity for a Cell Activation Lead to take ownership of end-to-end cell and beam activation within Service Delivery & Acceptance, converting deployed gateway infrastructure into validated, MNO-ready capacity. In this role, you will govern standardised activation, validation, and acceptance lifecycles across international markets, execute network configuration and synchronisation, deliver Golden Beam acceptance with mobile operators, and manage critical dependencies across CIQs, spectrum, transport, and regulatory approvals.

The Company:

A pioneering wholesale connectivity provider developing space-based cellular broadband services that connect directly to standard smartphones. Working at the intersection of satellite and mobile technology, the organisation enables operators to deliver satellite-supported voice, SMS and data services using LEO satellite infrastructure.

Compensation, Benefits & Opportunities:

• Lead the end-to-end cell and beam activation lifecycle from gateway readiness through to validation, Golden Beam sign-off, and commercial MNO acceptance.
• Establish repeatable activation practices, standardised lifecycles, and operational playbooks across multi-market rollouts.
• Manage complex cross-functional dependencies across CIQs, synchronisation, transport, spectrum, and Gateway/Delivery teams.
• Develop structured activation dashboards tracking milestones, risks, and handover readiness into Service Assurance.
• Work at the cutting edge of non-terrestrial networks (NTN) and space-based cellular communications.

Compensation: Up to €120,000 base salary, plus up to a 25% annual bonus

To be successful you’ll need to have:

• 7–10+ Years in Network Activation & Telecom Deployment: Proven background in cell enablement, RAN and core network configuration workflows, and multi-market launch readiness.
• MNO Coordination & Golden Beam Acceptance: Experience managing customer/MNO acceptance frameworks, CIQ dependencies, call testing, and technical approvals.
• Cross-Functional Execution & Dependency Management: Strong ability to coordinate synchronisation, spectrum, transport, and field/remote gateway teams across global time zones.
