该职位来源于猎聘 Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Support the execution of product-ready designs across assigned workstreams, ensuring delivery fidelity and efficiency. Key Accountabilities:

• The ability to create 3D Still visual stimulus for customers in Design, to the highest levels of visual quality.
• Working within a team, have the ability to work in a transparent and professional manner, supporting all design disciplines, whilst maintaining a flexible, pro-active approach.
• Identify potential process or system improvements where applicable.
• Assist with data preparation of Alias models for use within the studio.
• Coaching of other team members and the wider design studio in best practice visualisation utilising the tools available in JLR
• To be self-initiated daily whilst responding to the requirements of the Design Visualisation Managers, Designers, Design Managers and Design Directors.
• Apply common sense at all times seeking the most cost-effective methods of achieving the task of delivery of Visual stimulus to a fit-for-purpose standard, for reviews, with the given timelines.
• Support all design disciplines whilst maintaining a flexible, pro-active approach, with focus on achieving programmes gateways deliverables.
• Liaise with all levels throughout design, across all disciplines, to deliver the required CG assets
• Ensure proper organisation and structure of digital files, adhering to studio standards for file cleanliness and data accuracy
• Comply with company policy and procedures, particularly with Design Studio and data security.
• UK Collaboration: Attend alignment calls as needed to clarify intent or confirm design changes with UK peers. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Essential:
• An excellent communicator and command of Mandarin / Chinese and English language to communicate complex ideas / programme status.
• Strong level of experience in the creation of Visual Stimulus (e.g. Computer Generated stills/animation)
• Candidates must demonstrate strong proficiency in Maya with V-Ray. Additional experience in 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, VRED, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
• Understanding of CG Render pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Digital Material Creation and Translation processes
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong IT / Microsoft Office skills
• Technical expertise in visualisation
• Cross-cultural communication and collaboration
• Strong design feel
• Knowledge of Design processes within a Design studio environment
• Manage workload and timings
• Manage Master Datasets

Desirable

• Experience in: MAYA V-RAY, 3DS Max Unreal, VRED and Adobe Suite
• Cross industry Visualisation knowledge
