Lead Civil & Structural Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects | Mind Stream

Mind Stream is hiring a Lead Civil & Structural Engineer to head the design, analysis and review of structural deliverables across onshore and offshore oil and gas projects at our engineering consultancy. You'll lead a team of engineers and designers through FEED, detailed engineering and EPC support, working to international codes on foundations, steel and concrete structures, pipe racks, equipment supports and marine structures.

What you'll do:

• Lead civil and structural design and analysis for foundations, steel structures, concrete structures, pipe racks, equipment supports and marine structures on oil & gas projects

• Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications and calculations in compliance with AISC, API, ASCE, BS and Eurocode

• Conduct structural analysis using STAAD.Pro, SACS, ETABS, SAFE and SAP2000

• Review vendor drawings and subcontractor designs for compliance with project standards, and run constructability reviews

• Coordinate across disciplines and interface with clients for technical discussions, design approvals and progress reviews

What you bring:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Strong command of civil and structural design for oil and gas facilities, including pipe rack and equipment support design

• Hands-on experience with FEED, detailed engineering and EPC support activities

• Working knowledge of API codes and ability to apply AISC, ASCE, BS and Eurocode

• Proven ability to lead a team of engineers and designers and deliver within schedule and budget
