Lead Cleaner

Mount Vernon / Skagit County (Burlington, Sedro-Woolley, Anacortes, La Conner, Stanwood)

We’re a husband-and-wife team. Brittany owns the broom. We need one lead who can run a clean to our standard when she’s not on site — and hold that standard every time.

This is not a “wipe what you see” job. Move-outs, deep resets, regular homes, vacation-rental turnovers. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, corners people skip. Treat the house like it’s yours. Leave it ready for a walk-through.

What you’ll do

• Lead the clean start to finish: scope the job, work the checklist, finish on time
• Do the detail work yourself and check the room before you leave
• Communicate clearly with clients on site (pets, access, extras, anything off)
• Keep supplies organized and flag what we’re short on
• Represent the company in people’s homes — calm, clean, no drama

You need

• Real residential cleaning experience (move-outs / deep cleans preferred)
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, legal to work in the US
• Phone you answer, on time every time
• Ability to lift, bend, and work a full physical job
• Comfort in occupied homes with pets
• Someone who notices the fan blades and the baseboard dust — not someone who needs to be told twice

Schedule Part-time. Hours follow booked jobs, mostly days. Some flexibility required. We grow hours with people who show up and finish clean.

Pay Hourly, based on experience. Talk numbers on the call. We don’t do mystery rates.
