Manager / Cleaning Tech — Job Posting

Position Summary The Manager/Cleaning Tech will be responsible for assigned buildings as well as oversight and support at other buildings.

Job Duties

• Manage stock: ordering, organizing, and restocking
• Keep supply rooms organized
• Complete checklists
• Communicate with management and clients regarding orders and work orders
• Clean office spaces
• Perform advanced cleaning as business needs require: new construction cleanup, carpet cleaning, and window and floor maintenance

Working Style The Manager must be self-motivated and have good time management and attention to detail. The Manager will help provide guidance to 4–5 team members, organize facilities throughout the company, deliver stock, solve problems, and stay on top of checklists and building quality.

Time Allocation

• 10–15 hours per week working independently
• 10–15 hours per week working with the team
• 10–15 hours per week on admin, training, organizing, and travel

Work Hours

• Sunday: 8–10 hour shift, flexible start and end time
• Monday: 8 hour shift, 3pm–11pm
• Tuesday: 3pm–11pm
• Wednesday: 11am–9pm
• Thursday: 3pm–11pm
• Friday: 10am–6pm
• Saturday: Off

The Manager/Cleaning Tech will work 5 of the 6 days listed above. There is currently some flexibility with daily scheduling. Overtime hours are available.

The Manager must be committed, have a strong work ethic, and be fluid with daily changes.

Work Site Locations Williston, Watford City, Newtown, Tioga, and surrounding areas.

Vehicle and Mileage Mileage reimbursement during training, and an assigned company vehicle after training.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• 3–4 years management experience
• Pass a background check
• Proficient with spreadsheets, online templates, and management software
• Experience driving during winter months

Advancement The candidate should be ready and could be promoted to Operations Manager within 12–18 months, with a salary up to $70,000.
