Lead Client Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of client service representatives to deliver outstanding customer support and account management.
• Manage client accounts proactively, ensuring timely resolution of issues and consistent delivery of value-added services.
• Utilize Netsuite and other CRM systems to track client interactions, update account information, and analyze customer data for insights.
• Collaborate across departments—including sales, marketing, and product teams—to coordinate client solutions and optimize service delivery.
• Oversee order processing using various tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling client requests.
• Develop data-driven strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall relationship health.
• Communicate effectively with clients through multiple channels, maintaining transparency and building trust at every touchpoint.

Education / Training / Experience

• 5 Yeas Customer Service, with at least 2 in management
• High School Diploma or Equivilent
• Netsuite experience (heavily preferred)

Required Skills

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Netsuite or other SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms for customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to facilitate clear internal collaboration and effective client engagement.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles combined with problem-solving capabilities to address complex client issues swiftly.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite for reporting, analysis, and presentation purposes.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for clients.
• Analytical skills to interpret data insights for decision-making that enhances client relationships and operational efficiency.
• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft 365 Office Suite & Adobe
• Operate common office equipment, a personal computer, copiers, calculators, and printers.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
