Lead Clinical Supervisor 2

We are seeking an exceptional Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor to serve as our Lead Clinical Supervisor 2. In this key role, you'll manage your own caseload while also supervising our clinical staff.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of 21+ therapy clients per week on average
• Conduct initial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans and progress notes for clients
• Provide weekly clinical supervision for associate providers and practicum/intern students
• Participate in weekly administrative meetings
• Help manage crises and urgent client situations

Requirements:

• Licensure as an LCMHCS (willing to aid in transition from LPC in VA to LCMHCS in NC)
• 3+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience providing clinical supervision
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, communication and problem solving skills
• Professional demeanor and commitment to ethics
• Passion for mentoring colleagues and advancing the field
