Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Duration: 6+ months Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $60-70/hr W2 only!

Location: On-site 3 days/week in any of the following cities:

• Orlando, FL
• Tampa, FL
• Columbus, OH
• Cincinnati, OH

We are unable to sponsor or transfer visas at this time. *** We are seeking a senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead enterprise cloud architecture and delivery across AWS and Azure. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on cloud infrastructure, automation, modernization, and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver AWS and Azure cloud solutions
• Lead cloud migrations, modernization, and greenfield deployments
• Design and manage Terraform / Infrastructure as Code frameworks
• Implement DevSecOps, CI/CD, security, and policy-as-code practices
• Drive cloud governance, FinOps, and cost optimization
• Support Windows Server and Linux infrastructure
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for critical incidents
• Partner directly with clients on architecture and technical strategy
• Mentor engineers and support solution design / pre-sales efforts

Requirements:

• Deep hands-on AWS and Azure experience across IaaS and PaaS
• Advanced Terraform / IaC expertise
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration experience
• Cloud networking, security, identity, monitoring, and governance
• Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps
• Enterprise cloud migration and modernization experience
• Strong technical leadership and client-facing communication skills

Preferred:

• AWS, Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Linux certifications are preferred.
