Own the Turning Cell That Keeps Aircraft Moving
Step into a lead role guiding a small CNC turning team that crafts precision aerospace/aviation components. In this hands-on position, you’ll set the pace on the shop floor—programming at a basic level in Mastercam, setting up multi-axis lathes with sub-spindles, running parts, and coordinating a production schedule that spans two shifts. - Perform in-process inspections using precision measurement tools; answer operator questions and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and repeatability.
- Maintain accountability for labor tickets, time cards, and all work order paperwork—accurate, timely, complete.
- Champion shop safety and housekeeping: uphold PPE requirements and a clean, organized work environment.
