We are looking for Lead-Coding to join our team. Please review the criteria and other information listed below thoroughly prior to applying and pay specific attention to the work week, shift details and other features of the job.

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing end-to-end credentialing operations for assigned client portfolios, ensuring timely provider enrollment, maintaining quality standards, managing team performance, driving client satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA, ISO, and organizational requirements. The role also includes workforce planning, reporting, quality assurance, training, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all coding-related queries from team members and clients.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to coding staff on coding best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry updates.
• Manage work allocation, monitor productivity, and ensure efficient utilization of team resources.
• Lead and guide the team by setting direction, resolving operational issues, and providing technical support.
• Resolve coding and clinical documentation errors/ issues/problems by consulting.

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree with Coding credential.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in multilevel coding management and multispecialty coding (ED,E&M-IP/OP, Minor surgery, anesthesia and radiology).
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS classification system and MS- DRG and APR-DRG methodologies and CPT.
• Expert and up-to-date knowledge of industry Official Coding and Reporting Guidelines along with.
• CMS and other agency directives for ICD-10 coding.
• Candidate must be a designated team leader.
