Lead commissioning engineer

We're starting initial conversations with experienced Lead Electrical Commissioning Engineers for a major long-term data center project in Finland.

The full-time role begins in February 2027 , with opportunities to get involved earlier through site visits, commissioning planning, pre-construction activities, and scheduling work .

We're looking for:

✅ Proven Electrical Commissioning (CX) experience

✅ Client-side project experience

✅ Background in data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale infrastructure projects

✅ Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

✅ Experience managing commissioning from planning through handover
