Lead Computer Vision Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, training, testing, and deployment of computer vision models.
• Take computer vision solutions from proof of concept (PoC) through production implementation.
• Prepare and process datasets for model training, validation, and testing.
• Develop and optimize object detection models using YOLO or equivalent frameworks.
• Use Python and deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow to build robust AI/ML solutions.
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, scalability, and deployment requirements.
• Deploy AI/ML workloads on Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, and edge computing platforms.
• Establish and maintain MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor production models, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
• Work with stakeholders to define business problems and translate them into practical computer vision solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guide engineering teams, and support technical decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable AI/ML solutions.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or computer vision.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying computer vision models.
• Proven experience taking computer vision solutions from PoC to production.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Solid understanding of deep learning and modern neural network architectures.
• Hands-on experience with YOLO or equivalent object detection frameworks.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience deploying AI/ML workloads on cloud and/or edge platforms.
• Strong understanding of MLOps and the production machine learning lifecycle.
• Experience leading technical teams or working as a technical lead.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
