Lead Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Managing the complete recruitment life cycle, client delivery across various domains.

• Individual Contributor (IC) role with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.

• Handling end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across industries.

• Leading executive searches, leadership hiring, permanent staffing, and industry mapping to meet client requirements.

• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates matching client expectations

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in permanent staffing or related field (headhunting, leadership hiring).
• Proven track record in managing teams responsible for permanent staffing services.
• Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply this knowledge in recruitment efforts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels within an organization.
