• Framing Standard conditions of Contract and articulating Special Conditions as suiting the business environment.
• Meticulous in reviewing contract clauses languages conditions
• Technical Expertise to evaluate specifications of works
• Able to chalk out KPI and KPMs and define the cost canters
• Able to understand payment structures and cost structures and performance incentives to maximize financial returns.
• Negotiations skills enough to carve out best practices for a healthy business environment
• Update the management from time-to-time on the deficiencies found and suggest corrective measures in accordance with the project timelines and deviations if found.
• Delay Analysis management
• Excellent communication and correspondence

Stakeholder management

• Excellent communication skills and efficient negotiations skills to manage the concerns of external stakeholders
• Systematically identifying and prioritizing all stakeholders’ requirements and mapping it efficiently with power and interest grids as per performance directives
• Update the management from time-to-time on the deficiencies found and suggest corrective measures in accordance with the project timelines and deviations if found

Risk Management

• Mapping and maintaining Risk register and flagging it on timely basis
• Update the management from time-to-time on the deficiencies found and suggest corrective measures in accordance with the project timelines
• Proactively perform risk analyses and sampling of critical areas and deviation items

MIS & Report Generations & Documentation

• Able to grasp modern tools of performance reports for management
• Organize and manage all the related documents as per the process and SOP’s defined
