As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Lead Control Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership on complex IEC 61850-based Substation Control Systems projects .

What you'll be doing:

✅ Leading the end-to-end technical delivery of Substation Control Systems projects

✅ Developing robust architectures and detailed designs based on IEC 61850 standards

✅ Leading the configuration and integration of COPA-DATA Zenon SCADA

✅ Managing technical interfaces across protection, control, electrical, cybersecurity and network disciplines

✅ Driving testing, FAT, commissioning support and customer acceptance activities

✅ Mentoring and developing engineers while promoting engineering excellence and best practice

We're looking for engineers with:

🔹 Strong experience delivering complex Control Systems or Operational Technology projects

🔹 Proven technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams

🔹 Knowledge of engineering lifecycle management, configuration control and cybersecurity principles

🔹 Excellent stakeholder engagement and customer-facing skills

🔹 Willingness to travel to customer and substation sites when required

Desirable experience includes:

⚡ IEC 61850 engineering (GOOSE, MMS, SCL, time synchronisation)

⚡ COPA-DATA Zenon SCADA configuration and deployment

⚡ Protection IEDs, BCUs, RTUs and gateway integration

⚡ Industrial networking, IEC 60870-5-101/104, DNP3 and resilient network architectures

⚡ Knowledge of IEC 62443 and OT cybersecurity principles
