LEAD CONVERSION EXECUTIVE

Company: Intra Energy Ltd

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telesales / Lead Conversion Executive to manage incoming leads from Facebook advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who enquire through Meta ads.
• Explain the Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and BUS Grant Scheme.
• Qualify customers and check initial eligibility.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Book surveys and appointments.
• Convert leads into confirmed installation jobs.
• Maintain customer records and update lead status.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or customer conversion.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident handling customer objections.
• Ability to manage leads independently and achieve targets.
• Experience in renewable energy or ECO4/BUS schemes preferred.

Job Type: Office-based

Pay: From £26,500.00 per year
