Lead Conversion Specialist - Australian Process - Noida

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the conversion specialist team to achieve sales targets through effective lead generation, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
• Develop and implement strategies for converting leads into paying customers in Australia market.
• Handle objections from potential clients during sales calls and negotiate deals that meet their needs while maximizing revenue for the company.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas of improvement in the sales process.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in BPO or call center industry with a focus on Sales or Conversion Specialist role.
• Must have experience working with Australian clients/customers
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle complex conversations with international clients (Australian process).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.
• Experience in handling follow-ups effectively to convert leads into paying customers.
