Lead Cook

We’re a newly opening neighborhood cafe&patisserie in Burlingame, and we’re looking for a Lead Cook to run our breakfast and lunch kitchen.

This is a daytime-only role for someone who enjoys being hands-on, keeping the kitchen organized, and helping build a smooth, consistent operation from the start.

What you’ll do

• Cook and execute our breakfast and lunch menu
• Help finalize recipe details and plating
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Plan daily prep and guide a prep cook
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of kitchen experience (breakfast/brunch preferred)
• Reliable, calm, and detail-oriented
• Strong sense of cleanliness and organization
• Comfortable taking responsibility in a small kitchen
• Interested in a long-term role

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
