Lead Cook

Red River Steakhouse is seeking a Lead Cook to join our culinary team.

We are looking for a skilled individual who can prepare delicious, mouth-watering steaks and other grilled dishes to perfection.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality meats, seafood, and vegetables using a variety of grilling techniques
• Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and meet the highest quality standards
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
• The prep, kitchen, all areas of the back of house are clean and manintained

Requirements:

• Knowledge of various grilling techniques and equipment- Must be able to use a Char broiler
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
