What You'll Lead

• Organize and coordinate daily kitchen operations and team workflow.
• Mentor and develop line cooks, fostering their culinary growth and confidence
• Motivate and uplift the team with positive energy and professional guidance
• Execute chef-developed scratch recipes while ensuring team consistency
• Manage prep schedules, inventory, quality control standards, and food safety protocols
• Create a respectful, collaborative kitchen culture

Culinary Experience
