The wage range for Lead Cook is $18.00 to $23.00 depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• assist in daily Inventory to ensure all necessary ingredients are stocked.

-Oversee the Cafeteria Monday through Friday 6am -2pm

-Working with the General Manager and Kitchen manager

-Maintaining safety and sanitary practices, maintenance and regulatory compliance for the kitchen area

-Verifying staff is maintaining sanitation levels

• Short order grill cooking and meal prep.

-Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.

• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology.

• Experience at universities, armed services, banquet or other high-volume operations is helpful.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
