What You’ll Be Doing?

• Act as the first point of contact for all company leads — both inbound and outbound
• Handle client calls and promptly book appointments with the advisory team
• Use mortgage research tools to assess lead viability before booking
• Oversee the online lead booking system and produce actionable management data on lead sources and volumes
• Conduct effective screening to identify high-potential enquiries
• Proactively drive improvements in lead booking conversion rates
• Coordinate adviser diaries to support appointment targets and workflow efficiency
• Deliver exceptional service to internal teams and prospective clients
