Job Title: Back Office Executive

Job Location: Mumbai

Salary / CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and interview performance

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification

Eligibility: Candidates with basic computer knowledge and good communication skills

Key Skills Required: MS Office / Excel Data entry and documentation Good written and verbal communication Attention to detail Basic email handling Ability to manage records and coordinate with the team Good organisational and time-management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Data & Records Management: Manage, maintain, and update company records, databases, and Excel sheets.
• Reporting: Input daily information accurately and prepare routine operational reports.
• Communication & Calling: Handle regular emails, internal communications, and make/receive necessary professional calls as required by the business.
• Inter-department Coordination: Coordinate smoothly with different teams to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Administrative Support: Support day-to-day operations, follow up on assigned tasks, and ensure timely completion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
