Lead Coordinator (Relocation)

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of Site Relocation Coordinators to ensure smooth daily relocation operations
• Plan and assign daily tasks, manpower deployment and work priorities according to the relocation schedule
• Oversee asset inventory management, equipment labelling, data verification and Excel database updates
• Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of relocation documentation, asset tracking records and progress reports
• Coordinate and supervise relocation vendors, contractors and logistics personnel during onsite activities
• Manage loading bay arrangements, cargo lift bookings, equipment movement routes and logistics schedules
• Monitor relocation progress, identify potential delays and resolve onsite operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, access procedures and approved relocation protocols
• Communicate daily progress, operational issues and resource requirements to the Move Day Operations Lead or Project Manager

About you

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in logistics, engineering, operations or a related discipline
• This is a 10-months contract job.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site coordination, logistics, facility relocation or project operations
• Prior team-leading or supervisory experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset inventory management
• Strong communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
