Lead Countertop Installer

Hallmark Stone is looking for an experienced Quartz & Granite Countertop Installer who can take the lead on residential countertop installations. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, experienced with countertop installation, and able to lead a crew while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform quartz and granite countertop installations
• Ensure countertops are installed accurately and to company quality standards
• Read and understand measurements, layouts, and installation plans
• Safely operate power tools and countertop installation equipment
• Coordinate and direct installation helpers or crew members
• Identify and address installation issues in the field
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Handle stone materials carefully to prevent damage

Requirements

• Previous quartz and/or granite countertop installation experience is required
• Valid driver's license required
• Leadership skills and the ability to lead an installation crew
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Experience using power tools is required
• Ability to read a tape measure and accurately follow measurements
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be able to safely lift and maneuver heavy countertop materials
• Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
