What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain credit risk models using ECL (Expected Credit Loss) framework to assess potential losses for the bank's loan portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with various loan products.
- Conduct regular stress testing exercises to simulate potential economic shocks and evaluate the impact on the bank's financial position.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on improving credit risk management practices.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in credit risk in a Bank or NBFC
- Strong understanding of ECL (Expected Credit Loss), Stress Testing, RWA framework and its application in credit risk management.
- Experience working with large datasets, developing complex algorithms, and interpreting results effectively.
