Lead CS&Ops Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics and freight forwarding operations of the team
• Work closely with the CS and Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce cost.
• Address client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and monitoring of operation transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics or any related courses
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience with transportation and logistics industries or related field.
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Strong knowledge in logistics and freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge in safety regulations and compliance standards of BOC.
