Lead Customer Success Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,500 – $168,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Drive overall post-sales relationship with assigned accounts through various customer engagement activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to guide customers through the onboarding process
• Utilize in-depth knowledge and analytical thinking to execute policies and strategies
• Propose varied solutions to complex manufacturing processes using technical experience
• Recognize and integrate best practices and competitive insights into account management

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in Customer Success Management
• Proven ability to drive Software Adoption and Realize Customer outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business from an accredited institution
