Lead Data Analyst

Job Summary:
Lead the regional data analytics function by analyzing retail sales, promoter productivity, market performance, and inventory data to provide actionable insights that drive sales growth and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze retail sales and market performance.

· Develop and maintain Power BI/MIS dashboards.

· Track promoter, TSM, ASM, and retailer performance.

· Monitor inventory, stock aging, and sales trends.

· Support sales forecasting and target planning.

· Conduct competitor and market analysis.

· Automate reports and ensure data accuracy.

· Present business insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 8–12 years of experience in Sales Analytics/Business Intelligence.

· Experience in the Mobile, Consumer Electronics, or Retail industry preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
