We are seeking an experienced Lead ERP Data Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation program. This hands-on role will focus on data profiling, cleansing, mapping, validation and migration activities across complex enterprise datasets.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven ERP data migration experience.
General ERP data migration background, with Finance experience required and HR experience highly desirable.
Strong data cleansing, reconciliation and data quality management skills.
Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large enterprise datasets.
Experience developing data mapping, transformation logic and migration documentation.
Ability to engage and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Highly Regarded:
TechnologyOne, Aurion, SAP, Workday or similar ERP platforms.
Power BI, Tableau and Python experience
ERP transformation or government project experience.
