We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst who can combine strong data analytics expertise with Credit Risk knowledge and team leadership skills.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts

• Analyze complex datasets using SAS, SQL & Excel

• Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau

• Work on Credit Risk Analytics, Scorecards & Portfolio Risk

• Identify trends, patterns and actionable business insights

• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US counterparts

• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions

• Provide strategic recommendations for business/process improvement
