Position Overview We are looking for a Lead Data Analytics. They will be responsible for creating insightful dashboards, documenting data processes, designing reliable DataMart models, benchmarking tools and practices, and setting standards for data modeling and visualization.

Key Responsibilities Dashboard Creation:

• Design and maintain intuitive dashboards that provide clear insights into key metrics.
• Develop and propose visualizations that effectively illustrate the trends and stories behind each KPI.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify the most relevant indicators.

Process Documentation

• Ensure the continuity of our data processes by regularly updating or creating comprehensive documentation related to workflows.
• Regularly update the data catalogue with newly calculated KPIs, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all data.
• Data Modeling: Propose and design models for DataMarts that adhere to internal standards, ensuring robust and reliable data models.
• Benchmarking and state-of-the-art monitoring: Capacity to benchmark data modeling and data visualization tools and stay up-to-date with the latest practices.
• Norming: Define, with the data analytics team, the standards and norms for data modeling, visualization and Warehousing.

Profil recherché

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or a related field ;

• Strong knowledge in Data Modeling ;

• Strong knowledge in SQL queryin ;

• Strong knowledge in Dashboard creation tools Tableau and PowerBI ;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ;

• Ability to lead a team and work in a group.Bonus:
