Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Center Architect to design, modernize, and manage enterprise-scale data center infrastructure. The candidate will drive architecture, deployment, optimization, and transformation initiatives across compute, storage, virtualization, backup, networking, and disaster recovery environments while ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise Data Center solutions for large-scale environments.
• Lead infrastructure transformation, consolidation, migration, and modernization programs.
• Define architecture standards for servers, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Design High Availability (HA), Business Continuity (BC), and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
• Evaluate and implement infrastructure technologies, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with security, cloud, networking, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical governance, and infrastructure roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership during solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Drive automation and operational excellence initiatives.
• Support presales activities, technical assessments, and infrastructure strategy discussions.

• Strong experience in Data Center Architecture & Infrastructure Design
• Compute Platforms: Dell, HPE, Cisco UCS, Lenovo
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, Hyper-V
• Storage: EMC, NetApp, Pure Storage, Hitachi, IBM Storage
• Backup & Recovery: Veeam, Commvault, NetBackup
• Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu)
• Networking fundamentals: LAN, WAN, VLAN, Load Balancers, Firewalls
• Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Business Continuity Planning
• Infrastructure Monitoring & Capacity Management
• Automation: PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform (preferred)
• Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud integration (Azure/AWS/GCP)
