• 3+ years of experience working in a Lead, Principal, or Architect-level capacity within data engineering or architecture.
• Extensive experience designing and building modern cloud-based data platforms at enterprise scale.
• Strong hands-on experience building Delta Lakehouse solutions using Databricks.
• Advanced expertise in Apache Spark performance optimization, including configuration tuning, caching, partitioning, and troubleshooting slow-running jobs.
• Proven success leading greenfield data initiatives from initial concept and architecture through production implementation.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, and modern Data Lakehouse architectures.
• Extensive experience with streaming technologies and real-time data processing architectures.
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and its application to enterprise data platforms.
• Experience designing and developing data products that support business and analytical use cases.
• Hands-on experience designing Customer 360 platforms, Identity Resolution solutions, Customer Identity Graphs, and recommendation data architectures.
• Strong programming and data manipulation skills using SQL and Python.
• Experience designing data platforms that support Machine Learning and AI workloads, with strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving capabilities.
