About the Opportunity

A growing SaaS organisation focused on data-driven solutions is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to help architect, scale, and evolve a customer-facing analytics platform. This is a highly visible, hands-on technical leadership role where you'll influence architecture, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and drive key data initiatives from concept through production.

Must-Have Qualifications

7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Data Engineering.
Strong SQL, Python, and data modelling expertise.
Experience with dbt, PostgreSQL, or MPP databases.
Healthcare, health-tech, or public sector data experience.
Experience building and scaling ELT pipelines and large data platforms.
Hands-on experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools.
Technical leadership experience mentoring engineers and driving architecture decisions.
