What they need

- Good understanding of modern data architecture concepts including Data Products and Data Mesh.
- Lead end-to-end data engineering efforts on GCP, guiding architecture and solution design.
- Design and manage workflows using Cloud Composer, Eventarc, and CloudRun.
- Develop and optimize large-scale data pipelines, leveraging expert-level skills in BigQuery.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Champion best practices around data products and contribute to the implementation of a Data Mesh strategy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data infrastructure with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture.
