Location: Noida / Bengaluru – Hybrid
Experience: 8–12+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Migration Engineer to lead end-to-end data migration initiatives and build scalable ETL solutions using Azure Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data migration projects from planning to production deployment
• Design and develop scalable ETL pipelines
• Build and optimize migration solutions using Azure Databricks
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation and reconciliation
• Implement data survivorship & deduplication rules
• Identify and resolve data quality and migration issues
• Collaborate with business and QA teams to validate migration outcomes
• Develop migration strategies, mapping documents and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with data governance & security standards

Must-Have Skills

✅ 8+ years in Data Migration & ETL
✅ Strong hands-on Azure Databricks experience
✅ Expert-level ETL & SQL skills
✅ Data profiling, quality, validation & reconciliation
✅ Survivorship & deduplication logic
✅ Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills
✅ Stakeholder communication & technical leadership

⭐ Good to Have

• Master Data Management (MDM)
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Apache Spark
• Agile delivery experience
