About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to drive AI and Data Science initiatives across Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Forecasting solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on practitioner who can design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions while leading small teams and managing multiple client engagements.

This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge GenAI solutions, LLM-based applications, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, causal modeling, and advanced predictive analytics for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:-

Generative AI

• Design and build GenAI applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and Llama.
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to deploy scalable AI applications.

Classical ML & Forecasting

• Build and deploy machine learning models for forecasting, prediction, pricing, optimization, and causal inference.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines from data preparation to production deployment.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business problems.
• Improve model performance through feature engineering and experimentation.
• Work on demand forecasting, time-series modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Lead 2-3 data science projects simultaneously & mentor data scientists.
• Engage with clients to understand business problems and translate them into AI solutions.
• Drive best practices around model development, deployment, and governance.

• Exposure to retail, CPG, manufacturing, financial services, or analytics consulting environments.
